My Approach
I utilize evidence-based treatments such as RUBI Parent Training for Disruptive Behaviors, CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and DBT. I employ these four methods to help clients and/or families reach an overall increased level of positive functionality in their daily lives. My priority is creating a safe and positive space for clients and/or families to reach their goals.

About Me
My name is Hailee Hannah and I have lived in western Washington for the majority of my life.

I've always had an affinity for helping others and my interest in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) was sparked at age 14 when I met my step brother, who was highly impacted with ASD. I took special interest in working with him at home and at school. In high school, I spent a lot of my free time working in the special education classrooms.

From there, I went on to receive a full-ride scholarship to the University of Washington Seattle. I spent my undergraduate career studying both pre-med and psychology. Originally I intended to go on to medical school however, at the end of my junior year I realized that a clinical degree would afford me the opportunity to help the most people to the best of my ability.

After I graduated, I began working at the University of Washington READi Lab in Seattle with Dr. Wendy Stone. There, I became knowledgeable and experienced in the early detection and intervention of ASD. Also while working there, I was introduced to Dr. Karen Bearss, one of the creators of RUBI, of the Seattle Children's Hospital Autism Center. I assisted her in diagnosing children with ASD and provided services to families at clinics throughout western Washington.
I went on to earn a Master's of Arts in Applied Child and Adolescent Psychology degree also from the University of Washington Seattle. While attending this program, I was privileged to continue learning from Dr. Bearss while interning at the Autism Center. She trained me in the RUBI Parent Training for Disruptive Behaviors program. I gained knowledge and experience at the Autism Center in helping children and their parents achieve success in their personal and family goals. I have since become the second person in Washington State certified in and implementing the RUBI program.
For the past 6 years, I have helped many families achieve their goals successfully through this program. During this time, I have also worked with many children and families to treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and generally disruptive behavior. I am experienced in treating children, young adults, and families with or without ASD diagnoses.

I am excited for myself and my team to reach as many families in Washington State as we can. In my free time, I enjoy reading, gaming, and spending time with my family!
